Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Middle School Principal to lead our educational community. The ideal candidate will oversee daily school operations, foster a positive learning environment, and ensure the delivery of high-quality education. This role requires strong instructional leadership, effective staff supervision, and comprehensive knowledge of educational compliance and regulations. The Middle School Principal will serve as a key leader in shaping the academic and extracurricular success of our students while maintaining a supportive and collaborative school culture. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the middle school, ensuring smooth operational functioning. Supervise and support school staff, including teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff, fostering professional development and teamwork. Lead instructional initiatives to enhance teaching quality, student engagement, and academic achievement across all grade levels. Maintain thorough understanding of educational compliance standards and regulations to ensure the school adheres to all legal and accreditation requirements. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community stakeholders to promote a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment. Oversee curriculum development and implementation aligned with educational standards. Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support diverse learning needs. Manage school resources efficiently to support educational goals and extracurricular activities. Foster a positive school climate that encourages student growth, staff development, and community involvement. Experience in scheduling for staff and students. Help in cafeteria during student lunch times. Skills Proven experience in school administration with a strong background in middle school education. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students alike. Strong understanding of instructional leadership principles aimed at improving teaching practices and student outcomes. Effective supervision skills for managing diverse teams of educators and support personnel. Knowledge of educational laws, policies, regulations, and compliance standards relevant to middle schools. Exceptional communication skills for engaging with students, staff, parents, and community members. Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to foster a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement in teaching and learning. Pay:

$80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
