Assist with the preparation, organization, and maintenance of the instructional program and school processes and procedures. Assist the administrative staff with various clerical duties. Handle duplicating and laminating requests in a timely manner. Answer phones and contact parents for various concerns. File important information. Assist with the distribution of materials to staff, students, and parents. Assist classroom teachers with various projects. Distribute mail to staff members. Complete inventory of materials. Assist with the preparation of special school activities. Perform other duties as assigned.Physical Demands:
