Job Description
Timothy Christian School in Wellsburg, Iowa, is seeking an administrator for the 2027-2028 school year. The administrator of Timothy Christian School provides Christ-centered leadership for the overall operation and educational program of the school, carrying out its mission of "Training For Christian Service" in partnership with the School Board, staff, families, churches, and community. The Administrator oversees day-to-day operations, staff supervision and evaluation, curriculum and instruction, professional development, student discipline, enrollment, scheduling, accreditation, school communications, and required reporting while promoting strong relationships among all school stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a mature and active Christian who models biblical character, communicates effectively, demonstrates strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and supports teachers in providing excellent Christian education. A bachelor's degree in education and valid teaching certification are required, with a master's degree in school leadership and professional administrator license preferred. The position is full-time and may include part-time teaching responsibilities.
