Job Description
The student worker for the Enrollment Management and Career Readiness office will perform basic secretarial work and assist the office staff in their day-to-day duties. Education & Experience Requirements Must be an enrolled JALC student, with a minimum of 6 credit hours in the fall and spring semesters Must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA Have a high school diploma Have a 2026-2027 FAFSA on file with the Financial Aid office Essential Functions & Position Duties Greet, welcome, and assist students, staff, and faculty who come into the office. Perform administrative duties, such as answering phones, taking thorough messages, making copies, setting appointments, and making deliveries to other offices on campus. Book tours with appropriate staff and assist with tours, as needed. Assist with preparing for recruitment events and assisting on the day of the event, as needed. Maintaining proper inventory counts of promotional supplies. Non-Essential Functions of the Position Other duties as assigned. Duties must be performed on the John A.
