Lakeshore Behavior Consulting is hiring an LBS1 Special Education Case Manager for a full-time, school-based position near Chicago Heights, Illinois. This position is a great fit for an experienced special education professional who is comfortable managing IEPs, leading eligibility and IEP meetings, collaborating with school teams and families, and supporting special education compliance. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of students receiving special education services Develop, review, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Schedule and facilitate IEP meetings and eligibility conferences Monitor student progress and review data to guide recommendations Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers Support staff with IEP procedures, documentation, and compliance Qualifications Active Illinois LBS1 license required Experience in special education and school-based case management Strong knowledge of IEP procedures and special education requirements Experience facilitating IEP and eligibility meetings Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively with families and multidisciplinary school teams Pay amp; Benefits $50 per hour (up to $63,000 per school year) Full-time, school-based schedule Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Professional development support Support from a clinician-led team About Lakeshore Behavior Consulting Lakeshore Behavior Consulting is a clinician-led company that partners with school districts to provide high-quality student support services.
