As a Site Director, you will be the driving force behind program development, staff supervision, and operational excellence, inspiring your team to create a positive impact on every child's day. Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the before and after school program, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and licensing requirements. Develop and implement engaging educational activities that promote social-emotional development, creativity, and academic growth. Supervise staff members, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated and professional team. Manage program budgets, supplies, and resources efficiently to maximize program quality and sustainability. Collaborate with school administrators, parents, and community partners to support student needs and foster strong relationships. Oversee administrative tasks using educational administrative software to maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and compliance documentation. Ensure a welcoming environment where children feel valued, supported, and inspired to learn through effective leadership in early childhood education center practices. Experience Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a school experience director within early childhood or K-12 settings. Demonstrated success in staff supervision, personnel management in education environments, and team leadership roles. Strong background in program development with a focus on childcare or educational programs for young children. Familiarity with educational administrative software and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation purposes. Extensive experience working with students in early childhood education centers or similar settings; university experience in education administration is highly desirable. Knowledge of higher education teaching principles related to child development or education administration is an asset.
