is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as High School Principal at St. Charles North High School for the 2027 - 2028 SY. This is a full-time, 12-month position. See job description attached. The principal will provide leadership and administration which will motivate instructional and support personnel to strive for superior performance so as to provide the best possible opportunities for student growth and development, both educationally and personally. Under general supervision, the Principal leads the organization, safety, supervision and educational leadership of the school. The primary responsibility of the principal is to improve instruction and spend a majority of time on curriculum and staff development (105 ILCS 5/10-21.4a).
