THIS POSITION IS MONDAY-FRIDAY FROM AROUND 1
30PM-6:00PM!! The task of the SAS On-Site Director is to lead daily school-age program operations while providing high-quality care and educational support in a safe, engaging environment aligned with Learning Grove standards and state requirements. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily program operations and maintain safe, organized learning environments. Supervise children at all times and support engaging learning experiences and transitions. Implement lesson plans aligned with Kentucky and/or Ohio Early Learning Standards. Support curriculum planning and enrichment activities, including grant-funded programming. Maintain licensing compliance, required documentation, and program records. Ensure completion of required trainings, assessments, and educational credentials. Use positive guidance techniques to support children's development and resilience. Communicate effectively with families, staff, school partners, and enrichment providers. Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, confidentiality, and cultural responsiveness. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Some post-secondary education preferred. Previous experience working with children preferred. Physical Requirements Lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to bend, move frequently, and walk stairs.
