What you'll do: Maintain and update the University's academic information, such as details about academic programs, degree audits, program substitutions, etc. Process requests from students and faculty such as advisor changes, major/minor changes, grade change forms, withdrawals, etc. Make updates to the University catalog. Respond to internal requests for data, reports, and records. Ensure compliance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) as well as with federal and state laws and University policies. Maintain office supplies and equipment.
