After-School Program or Assistant Program Director Internship Coordinator, Education Internship Coordinator
Hourly rate: $15.00 / hour up to 8 hours a week
Statement of Duties:
Complete internship training and pre-program planning
Assist Discovery Club Mentor Teacher in delivery of instruction
Work as a member of a team with other staff and Student Education Interns after school over the course of about 60 planning and program hours
Assist with evaluation and data collection
Complete final Internship program requirements
Responsible for other duties as indicated by directives of the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designees; and policies of the Haverhill School Committee.
Qualifications:
Haverhill High School student, currently in grades 9-12
Interest in a career in the Education field
Experience in Discovery Club or Access 21 - Preferred. Ability to work with children
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent of Schools may find appropriate and acceptable.
