Proficiency with software applications, i.e. Google Suite, Aspen X2, Frontline Education, and MS Office applications preferredProvide support for principal, assistant principals, director of secondary special education, and the school counseling department for day-to-day responsibilitiesSupport with updating the program of studiesManage communication and organization of local scholarshipsManage student registration, notification, and lettersAttention to detail and accurate record keeping to support school operationsAnswer phone calls made to the buildings main lineAssist with the organization and arrangement of substitute coverageCommunicate effectively with building administration, faculty, staff, students, and familiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer service attitudeSuperior organizational and time management skillsAbility to multi-task and maintain strict confidentialityOther clerical duties as assigned
