Job Description Work Year:

School Year (180 days) Minimum qualifications: A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Human Services or related field from anaccredited college or university. Possess significant knowledge of Taunton and surrounding resources that provide support across a broad spectrum of need, cultures and languages. Possess knowledge of drop-out prevention strategies. Ability to build positive, trusting and effective interpersonal relationships. Fluency in second language, preferred. Willingness to make home visits. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent or his designee may deem appropriate.

To provide outreach to students and families in need - serving a vital role in District wrap-around services.
