General Statement of Duties/Responsibilities:
The Work Study student may assist with answering calls, escorting students and visitors, filing paperwork, alphabetizing paperwork, photocopying and scanning documents, assisting with projects and events, entering information into databases, data verification, maintenance of the organization and cleanliness of the department, campus deliveries between departments and other general administrative tasks and errands.

Must currently be an enrolled student at Worcester State University and eligible for Work Study position. Must be culturally competent, i.e. have respect and positive attitudes for peoples of different cultures and communities. Ability to follow instructions. Experience with or willingness to learn: Canva, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, Powerpoint, Acrobat, Printer, File Copier, Scanner, and Email. Students with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply: Design, data entry, event planning, content creation, or clerical skills. Those who speak more than one language or have participated in the national student exchange or studied abroad are also encouraged to apply.
