For more than 70 years, The Children's Guild has supported children, families, and communities through education, special education, behavioral health, and family-centered services. We're growing—and looking for professionals who want their expertise to make a meaningful impact. What You'll Do Lead IEP development, meetings, reviews, assessments, records, and timelines. Maintain strong state and federal special education compliance and audit readiness. Partner with educators and leadership on accommodations, instructional supports, data, and student placement. Support families and train staff throughout the special education process. Oversee IEP-required accommodations for state testing. What You Bring A Master's degree, Special Education teaching certificate, and 3+ years of teaching and IEP Team experience. Advanced certification is preferred. Why Join TCG?
