LIVONIA, Michigan job type: Permanent salary: $100,000 - 150,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Serve as the primary "First-In-Command" on-site, managing daily operations, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. Partner with Project Managers to develop schedules, determine resource requirements (labor, materials, equipment), and oversee the execution of self-performed work. Act as a safety champion by enforcing all protocols, conducting weekly meetings, investigating incidents immediately, and ensuring 100% site compliance. Track project productivity, budget codes, and quality control while providing accurate daily field reports and progress updates to the main office. Manage all project documentation-including as-builts, logs, and permit requirements-and lead the end-to-end closeout process to ensure client satisfaction.
