Job DescriptionPosition Overview:

The School of Health Office Assistant will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Director of the School of Health. This position reports to the Director of the School of Health.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning and execution of events and initiatives within the School of Health.



Compile, compare, and draft consolidated universal legal documents for departments within the School of Health with the supervision of the School of Health Director.



Compile a School of Health graduate database.



Maintain and organize electronic files, records, and databases.



Assist in managing the school's web-presence, social media, and documenting events.



Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, electronic filing, and data entry.

Compensation & BenefitsPay Rate:

$16.45/ hourNot eligible for health insurance benefitsMinnesota Paid Family and Medical LeaveMinnesota Sick and Safe Leave QualificationsEnrolled as a student at Augsburg University, eligible for federal work-study.



Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.



Ability to analyze documents and synthesize information from multiple sources.



Flexible schedule, approximately 10 hours per week for both fall and spring semester.
