Master's Degree in Education Minimum of five years of teaching experience at the elementary level, with experience in a Catholic school strongly preferred. Possession of or eligibility for a state-issued administrative license/certificate is preferred. High level of interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and administrative skills with the ability to implement policies, directives, and initiatives. Collaborative leadership style, with the ability to work with numerous stakeholders both within and outside the school organization.
