Cash Handling:
be able to accurately reconcile funds taken in through sales in the Paciolan Ticketing system during point-of-sale transactions. Follow all established rules and procedures with regard to handling payment card information both in person and while processing mail and phone orders.Technical Skill:
Operate Paciolan computerized ticketing software (after training), handle minor issues with ticket printers and ticketing software before escalating to supervisor.Clerical Aid:
Be able to maintain logs, answer telephone calls and relay messages appropriately if contact from a supervisor is required. Be able to operate common office equipment such as computers, copiers, calculators, fax etc. Process outgoing mail according to established procedures.University Representative:
represent SL and ECU professionally and with a positive attitude, handling inquiries not only about ticketed events on sale but also other questions from faculty, staff and students at the CTO and performance venues.
