Supervise school staff, including teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Oversee compliance with educational laws, regulations, and accreditation standards, including special education law and childhood development requirements. Facilitate professional development workshops for educators to enhance instructional leadership and classroom practices. Participate in faculty evaluation processes to promote high-quality teaching and continuous improvement. Support fundraising efforts by identifying opportunities for grants or community partnerships that benefit the school community. Collaborate with senior leadership on policy development, legal compliance, and operational procedures to ensure a safe learning environment. Represent the school at public speaking engagements, community events, and stakeholder meetings to promote its mission and achievements. Skills Extensive experience in curriculum development within K-12 or early childhood education settings. Proven success in managing budgets as an executive education administrator or school leader. Strong background in educational compliance, including special education law and regulatory standards. Demonstrated leadership in school administrative roles with a focus on personnel management and team supervision. Expertise in instructional leadership, faculty evaluation, and facilitating professional growth for educators. Excellent communication skills for public speaking, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration. Deep understanding of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Ability to develop strategic plans that align with organizational goals while fostering innovation in teaching methods.
