  • Greensboro Full Time/Part Time Job Description Provide assistance to staff in the Student Success Center.
Duties will include, answering the phone, covering front reception desk, covering the lobby, filing, mail, proficient computer skills (MSWord/Excel/PowerPoint), clerical skills, assisting students with the admissions process, registration assistance, Self-Service, Canvas, Titan email, GTCC website and other duties as assigned. Duties/Functions To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations. Difficult Challenges Contacts Anya Michael Education Required Education Preferred Minimum GPA 3.0 Experience Required Good customer service and organization skills, detail oriented, motivated self-starter, dependable, and basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office. Experience Preferred Strong Computer skills, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing. Previous office experience preferred. KSA Required Quick Learner, Computer Skills (Microsoft Office). Excellent customer service skills and willingness to assist with other duties that arise. Ability to communicate effectively with faculty, staff and co-workers.
