The Successful Applicant 5+ years of field supervision experience across education, municipal, retail, commercial, or institutional projects Proven track record managing multiple ground‑up projects as the lead superintendent from start to finish Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities Proficient in scheduling and project management software (Procore experience preferred) What's on Offer Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually.
