Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of School and Education to lead our educational initiatives with passion, strategic insight, and a commitment to excellence. This role requires an aggressive focus on driving campus profitability, conversion metrics, and operational efficiency, while maintainng flawless regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will own the campus Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, lead student recruitment/admissions collaborations, and aggressively manage student and employment placement metrics to satisfy Title IV, state licensing, and accreditation requirements. Responsibilities Implement comprehensive curricula aligned with educational standards, incorporating innovative instructional strategies and best practices. Lead strategic planning efforts to set long-term goals for academic excellence, operational efficiency, and community engagement. Manage budgets effectively as an executive education administrator, ensuring financial sustainability while supporting program growth and staff development. Oversee school administrative functions including personnel management, faculty evaluation, supervision of school staff, and ensuring adherence to legal requirements such as special education law and educational compliance regulations. Facilitate professional development programs for educators focused on instructional leadership, classroom management, and legal updates relevant to education administration. Supervise the recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing evaluation of faculty and staff to maintain high standards of teaching quality and school performance. Foster a collaborative environment by leading team meetings, public speaking engagements with stakeholders, and representing the school at community events. Ensure the school's operational policies meet all regulatory standards while promoting a safe, inclusive environment conducive to student growth. Requirements Proven experience in school administrative leadership roles such as School Director Extensive knowledge of curriculum development, instructional leadership in education, and managing educational compliance. Strong background in managing budgets as an executive education administrator with experience overseeing financial planning for school programs. Demonstrated success in strategic planning, personnel management in education environments, and faculty evaluation processes. Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering professional growth through facilitation of training sessions and performance reviews. Exceptional communication skills suitable for public speaking engagements and stakeholder collaboration.
