# 63 - The Wilton-Lyndeborough School DistrictThe rural communities of Wilton and Lyndeborough are seeking a collaborative educational leader to facilitate their ongoing process improving and maintaining high academic performance. The Wilton-Lyndeborough Cooperative School District located in historic southwestern New Hampshire has access to major cities, transportation, medical facilities, with opportunities for higher education, access to the arts, and four-season outdoor sports. Known as a school community that works together exemplifying a spirit of volunteerism, this is a great area to raise a family, where friendliness and cooperation is demonstrated.

Our school district has three campuses that serve 530 students. The Superintendent manages 132 employees with an executive leadership team.

These small schools--where students are not just numbers--provide a quality curriculum that supports all students, high achievement, and a zero-dropout rate where 65% of students go on to higher education.

The successful candidate will have the following skill sets which can be leveraged to effectively lead our school district.

Demonstrated collaborative management style that engages all stakeholders within the school district and community for success.

Financial acumen and proficiency in effectively developing and managing budgets. Experience with development and implementation of curriculum.
