Job Description Lead on site field operations for ground up projects from two to twenty million dollars Manage day to day trade coordination, scheduling, logistics and quality control Oversee safety compliance, site planning and subcontractor performance Build strong working relationships with clients, architects and site partners Work closely with the Project Manager and Project Executive to ensure alignment on budget, schedule and project goals Maintain detailed daily logs and documentation through Procore Represent the company professionally as the on site leader MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
