As a Classroom Inclusion Aide, your primary goal is to ensure students have equitable access to the curriculum and feel fully integrated into our vibrant school community. Whether you are helping a first grader master phonics or guiding an eighth grader through a science lab, your presence will be the bridge to their success. •
Work Schedule:
6 hours per day, following the school year calendar (summers, vacations and holidays off). •
Collaborative Environment:
Work closely with lead teachers to implement curriculum and support student growth. Qualifications •
Education:
Associate's degree or two years of college (approximately 48 credits) or equivalent is preferred. •
Experience:
Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly preferred. •
Skills:
