full-time Thank you for your interest in working with us. We are seeking a Student Service Administrator to become an integral part of our team!

Job Requirements:

Field incoming phone calls on the company's main line Monitor, manage, and respond to incoming student emails Coordinate school administration services and other educational activities Perform general administrative work such as filing and data entry Help maintain student records for several classes (class assignments will be split between reps) Responsible for handling the day-to-day interactions with our students Assists with scheduling state tests for current students and provides check-in services Performs data entry updates of basic student information Manage customer inquiries in regard to our programs Process student payments online and in person Update student profiles Administers, scores, and reports various tests for individuals Work in conjunction with our Admissions Department Works with the Director of Education Assist with and process student tuition payments Other basic office duties Candidate must have the following qualifications: Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office Must be a people person Must be able to type quickly and error free Desire to work hard and succeed Want to help people succeed Mathematics Ability to multitask / handle multiple projects simultaneously Must be flexible and adapt to change in the work environment Detail oriented, strong problem solver and proven ability to find creative solutions to unexpected events/issues Customer service experience is a MUST Bilingual a plus Know how to deal with challenging situations in a professional manner

Personal Qualifications:

Friday:

Hours Vary Weekly hours 35-40 Hourly $19
