09/11/2026 Red Bank Regional High School is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to the Athletic Director to support the daily operations of a dynamic and student-centered athletic department. This is a 10 month position.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Athletic Director and athletic department. Coordinate athletic schedules, calendars, events, transportation, facilities, and communications. Assist coaches, students, families, and staff with athletic-related questions and needs. Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, schedules, and other departmental materials. Assist with athletic registrations, purchasing, invoices, and event preparation. Communicate professionally with students, families, coaches, staff, officials, and outside organizations. Support the successful operation of athletic events and programs throughout the school year. Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; additional coursework or degree preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Prior experience in a school, athletic, or administrative setting preferred.
