  • Friday in our Summit office with one later night until 6:45pm.

Creative Speech Solutions, LLC, a multi-disciplinary pediatric therapy center with a dynamic team of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and administrative support staff.

CSS provides the following services:

speech, language, occupational, feeding, and literacy therapies along with social skills groups. CSS therapists also run Camp PAL, a six-week summer camp for children with learning differences. We strongly believe that working together, as a team, is imperative to maximize the progress made by each child we treat. The CSS philosophy is to provide a warm, nurturing environment to help children to reach their maximum potential, one step at a time. Position Summary The BOE / Clinic Administrator oversees administrative operations supporting both clinic and school-based services. This role manages Board of Education contracts and coordination, therapist credentialing and compliance, staff onboarding and records, billing and productivity tracking, patient and evaluation coordination, and day-to-day technology and administrative systems. The position serves as a central point of coordination between therapists, leadership, school districts, and external agencies while ensuring accurate documentation, timely compliance, and efficient administrative processes. Key Responsibilities Manage relationships, contracts, communication, and administrative requirements with Boards of Education and school districts. Coordinate therapist credentialing, licensing, compliance, background checks, and renewals. Manage employee/contractor onboarding, offboarding, personnel records, and system access. Administer Google Workspace, Therabill, JotForm, and related systems. Assist with BambooHR onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and staff documentation. Support system access, credential tracking, compliance records, and routine administrative updates. Oversee school billing, therapist logs, documentation, invoicing, and follow-up. Track and analyze productivity, billable hours, service activity, and key operational metrics. Maintain website content, forms, brochures, and other organizational materials. Support leadership with accurate records, reporting, and administrative follow-up. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Communications or a related field. 2+ years of administration experience in healthcare, clinic, school-based settings, or a related administrative environment. Experience managing multiple administrative functions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail and follow up skills. Ability to independently manage deadlines, renewals, credentialing requirements, and compliance documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage confidential information and communicate professionally with staff, families, schools, vendors, and regulatory agencies. Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets, and user/access management. Experience with electronic healthcare, billing, or practice-management systems such as Therabill or similar platforms. Experience with online forms and data-collection platforms such as JotForm or similar systems. Ability to learn and manage new software systems and administrative platforms quickly. Experience with HR platforms such as BambooHR is preferred. Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot routine administrative and access-related technology issues.
