Oversee school operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with district policies and state regulations. Lead strategic planning efforts to enhance school programs, facilities, and community engagement initiatives. Supervise faculty and staff through regular evaluations, coaching, and professional development opportunities to foster continuous improvement. Cultivate a positive school climate by promoting inclusivity, student well-being, and respectful relationships among all stakeholders. Engage with parents, community members, and local organizations through public speaking engagements and collaborative partnerships to support fundraising efforts and community involvement. Ensure a safe learning environment by implementing effective safety protocols and supervising campus activities. Manage student discipline policies fairly while supporting diverse learning needs through differentiated instruction strategies. Experience Proven experience in education administration with a focus on middle school settings or similar environments. Strong background in classroom teaching coupled with management or supervisory experience overseeing educators or staff teams. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development that promotes engaging and effective learning experiences for students. Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management within an educational context. Skilled in public speaking with the ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, parents, and community partners. Prior involvement in fundraising initiatives or community outreach programs is highly desirable.
