Position Summary:

Ryan Mechanical, Inc is seeking a qualified Industrial Project Coordinator/Superintendent. This position involves coordinating with subcontractors and vendors before outages regarding material procurement, lead times and scheduling. During the outage, ensure LOTOs and work permits are completed daily, oversee all subcontractors to ensure they meet outage deadlines, track projects, communicate issues with the Ryan Mechanical team, and attend daily outage meetings.

Essential Functions:

Coordinates and Reports directly to Senior Supervision Coordination with field leaders (all trades) and labor management Coordination of up to 15 Subcontracted trades Coordination and scheduling of project tasks for entire project Oversight of project quality standards and adherence and compliance with federal, state, local, health and safety laws and ordinances Site contact for Owner representatives

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

High school diploma/GED required 5+ years' Superintendent work experience in Nevada Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in reading Plans Proficient in reading CPM Schedules OSHA 10 required and general knowledge of EH&S regulations

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
