Qualifications:
Outstanding communication (interpersonal, verbal & written) skills and the ability to earn and maintain the trust and confidence of groups, both inside and outside our organization. Thorough understanding of, and appreciation for, all school district fiscal operating functions. At least 3 (three) years of experience with a track record of success. (Budget Management, Business Administration) In-depth knowledge and experience in public sector accounting, and management of the overall financial operations of a school district, including NYSED regulations, is preferred. Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills that support school programs while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
