background checks

Must possess and have demonstrated strong leadership skills
History of successful experience as a teacher, supervisor or administrator
Demonstrated knowledge in curriculum development, an understanding of the academic content standards, student assessment, student intervention and professional development
Demonstrated leadership with building level teams (B.L.T.) and experience analyzing a wide variety of building level data
Demonstrated knowledge with a master schedule
Holds or can obtain

certification

Familiarity with online testing protocols
Must possess the ability to effectively work and communicate with students, parents, community members, and personnel
Collaborate with related parent groups such as PTO
Effective, active listening skills
Organizational and problem solving skills
Perform other duties as assigned
