Albany St Broken Arrow, OK 74012 is seeking an Assistant Director for our private preschool. This position will ensure adherence to our mission of bringing the best and most trusted in early childhood education and child care services to families we serve. We are seeking an individual who is energetic, organized, a problem-solver, and possesses strong communication skills. This individual needs to be passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to the success of our next generation. They will need to promote the Primrose School of Broken Arrow in the community to build awareness and enrollment and achieve planned profitability. Primrose School of Broken Arrow is an accredited private preschool that provides a premier educational child care experience. We offer year-round programs for children from infant through elementary-aged school age.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide superior customer service to all external and internal customers Observes all rules and regulations at Primrose School of Broken Arrow and the local, state, or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children Assumes responsibility to manage the operation of the school in the Director's absence Presenting to our staff during monthly staff meetings, teacher inservice days, and onboarding new hires. Assist in conflict resolution, staff mentorship, crisis de-escalation, and building community trust Assists the Director with the necessary management responsibilities to ensure maximum enrollment and effective cost control to produce profit Conducting tours, orientation, calling on potential leads, and converting parents to join our school community Coordinates newsletter, social media, marketing, and events through the school year Knowledge of and adherence to employment laws and compliance issues related to those laws, and managing staff with the Director Assisting with managing the classrooms with clear and consistent expectations while using our exclusive Balanced Learning Curriculum. Assists in keeping the school physically well-kept, attractive, and safe Ability to perform all of the essential functions for each position in the School, including, but not limited to, other leadership team positions, teacher, food service teacher, and bus driver Attends all required staff meetings, workshops, and/or school functions Maintains overall professional personal appearance, adhering to the guidelines offered in the
