About this Position Join the Watson Graduate School of Management and play a vital role in shaping an exceptional Graduate student experience. This dynamic position serves as the operational hub for the MBA Program, providing high-level administrative support to Graduate school leadership while helping deliver impactful programs, events, and services that contribute to student success. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with the WGSM Director, MBA Program Director, MBA Program Manager, MBA Program Advisor, and MBA students to ensure the seamless execution of daily operations while providing primary event support for MBA events, including Advisory Board meetings, employer networking and student engagement events, orientation, case competitions, and the Graduate Awards Luncheon. You will also contribute to milestone experiences such as the Graduate Hooding Ceremony, professional development programs, and campus-based career fairs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and excels at managing multiple priorities. From coordinating travel and processing reimbursements for academic leadership to supporting payroll setup for Graduate Teaching Assistant assignments, you will play an important role behind the scenes while making a visible impact on students, faculty, and alumni.   • HS/GED and 3 years of clerical/customer service experience.
Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Bachelor's degree and two to three years of clerical/customer service experience Skills, Proficiencies, and/or
Knowledge:
Familiarity with computers and processing software, telephone etiquette and interacting with international students.
