DIRECTOR OF ANALYTICS, ASSESSMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Department of the
Superintendent Purpose:
The Director of Analytics, Assessment and Accountability provides leadership for the Beaverton School District's research, assessment, accountability, evaluation, analytics and continuous improvement functions. The position supports the Beaverton School District's mission and strategic priorities through the collection, analysis, interpretation and communication of data that informs instructional practices, program effectiveness, student outcomes, organizational performance and strategic decision-making. The Director develops systems and processes that promote evidence-based decision-making, educational equity, continuous improvement and accountability across the district. This position oversees district assessment programs, research and evaluation initiatives, performance reporting, accountability systems and analytics efforts while ensuring compliance with local, state and federal requirements. The Director serves as a strategic partner to district and school leaders by providing actionable information, meaningful analyses and recommendations that support student success and organizational effectiveness.
