All job offers are contingent upon Human Resources final approval This recruitment will be used to fill three (3) part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) Printing and Mailing Services Student Production Staff for the Printing & Mailing Services Department at Oregon State University (OSU). This position supports the daily operations of Oregon State University's Printing and Mailing Services. Student employees will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment, contributing to the preparation, packaging, and distribution of printed and mailed materials. This role offers opportunities to develop professional competencies and transferable skills applicable across industries.

Position Duties:

Production Operations Operate mailing, bindery, and dye sublimation equipment Assemble and package printed materials Perform hand-finishing tasks such as envelope stuffing and labeling Facility and Inventory Support Restock paper and supplies Assist with inventory tracking Maintain cleanliness of production floor (e.g., sweeping, trash removal, cardboard breakdown) Other Duties as Assigned Support special projects and cross-functional tasks as needed Transferable Skill Development OSU is committed to ensuring students are prepared for success after graduation through intentional skill development as student employees. •International students may be allowed to carry fewer hours than specified above and still be considered "full-time" by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services ( USCIS ).
