This recruitment will be used to fill 10 part-time (maximum of 24 hours per week) Student Technical Assistant positions for the Department of Food Science and Technology at Oregon State University (OSU) in the OSU Creamery. Position duties to be determined by the hiring unit, but may cleaning and sanitizing, preparation, packaging, operations and sales of products routine to Beaver Classic online marketplace. Packing orders, ensuring accuracy, presentable and packaged to withstand various shipping challenges Shipping orders driving them off-site to be shipped, finalizing boxes to be shipped and understanding the intake of orders Keeping inventory to ensure available sales Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workspaces Transferable Skill Development OSU is committed to ensuring students are prepared for success after graduation through intentional skill development as student employees. A reduced course load is approved by the Office of International Services ( OIS ), and must be provided to the Student Employment Center.
