$1,773/yr. The Elementary Schl Athletics Cach is respnsible fr planning, rganizing, and implementing engaging and develpmentally apprpriate sprt activities fr elementary schl students. The cach will fster a psitive and inclusive envirnment, emphasizing sprtsmanship, teamwrk, and skill develpment. This rle fcuses n intrducing fundamental athletic skills and prmting a lifelng lve f physical activity.
Key Respnsibilities:
Plan and cnduct practices and games fr assigned sprt, fcusing n skill develpment and participati n. Teach fundamental sprt skills and rules in a safe and supprtive envir nment. Prmte sprtsmanship, teamwrk, and respect am ng participants. Ensure the safety and well-being f all student-athletes. Cmmunicate effectively with students, families, and sch l staff. Maintain accurate recrds f attendance and participati n. Adhere t all Allentwn Schl District plicies and pr cedures. Assist in the setup and takedwn f equipment and facilities.
Preferred Qualificatins:
Experience wrking with elementary sch l-aged children. Knwledge f basic sp rt skills and rules. Strng cmmunicatin and interpers nal skills. Ability t create a psitive and inclusive envir nment. CPR and First Aid certificati n. Ability t pass required backgr und checks.
