A School Principal manages all operations within a school, providing leadership and management to teachers and other staff. Ensures that teaching staff have the resources they need to meet the state's curriculum requirements. May be required to attend parent consultations, taking parent suggestions and discussing the educational needs of individual students.
1. Master's degree with a majr in educatinal leadership, educatinal supervisin, r a related field. 2. Valid and active PA Certificatin as an Elementary Principal; 3. Five (5) r mre years experience in public educatin, including secndary r elementary schl instructin. 4. Skillfully utilize technlgy and sftware prgrams typically used in schl administratin. 5. Demnstrated success in turning arund lw perfrming schls and/r underperfrming students. Experience in urban schls preferred. 6. Demnstrated knwledge f a standards-based curriculum required in the Cmmnwealth f Pennsylvania. 7. Experience in Urban Administratin preferred. 8.
