$28.44 p/hr
HOURS:
Full-time/12-months, with benefits 8:00am - 4:00pm (1/2 hour unpaid lunch)
DESCRIPTION
The Principal's Assistant performs secretarial duties for the Principal; organizes and coordinates the operations of the Principal's office. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: maintaining building schedule, attendance records, purchasing and facilities use. Provide detailed reports for principals, interact with students, staff and parents. Other duties require advanced knowledge in accounting practices and budget preparation. All other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent technology skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office. Must work well with parents, students and staff. Must understand the confidential nature of the position, be able to exercise good judgment, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively. The candidate must possess good interpersonal and organizational skills. High school diploma, advanced secretarial training or experience preferred.
