Required Qualifications Must be a current Business major Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Customer service skills Computer skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) Willingness to perform varied duties Ability to multitask and work with multiple projects at one time Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in an office setting Job Duties Attends to daily opening and closing procedures for the office. Creates television screen slide shows for office and hallway display. Assist with social media

• picture taking, Instagram postings, Google forms for attendance at events.

Assist with all Lombardo College of Business Meet the Professional events and LLC events. Assist faculty with entering data into spreadsheets and maintaining databases. Assist with answering phone calls and addressing students' questions/concerns. Ensures the copier is stocked with paper and supplies for faculty use. Processes incoming and outgoing mail.
