Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Manager to lead our fast-paced quick service environment. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage a dynamic team dedicated to delivering quick, quality food. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, maintain food safety standards, and foster a positive team culture that encourages growth and efficiency. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery to ensure smooth flow and high-quality standards. Always hiring, training, and development to build and maintain a motivated and skilled team capable of delivering excellent customer experiences. Being a cheer leader for all team members. Support hiring efforts by interviewing candidates and selecting qualified personnel who align with our service standards and team culture. Oversee inventory control processes, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems ; ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards to guarantee a safe environment for staff and customers. Conduct shift management duties including supervising food production, overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring timely service during peak hours. Being the on-call person; Be ready to respond to anything happens in the Cafe even after hours. Qualifications Very good at working with people at all levels. Managing staff, motivating, training, correcting and firing staff is one of the most important part of this job. Excellent communication skills with experience in staff training & development, interviewing, and performance management. Proven experience managing quick service or fast food restaurants with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management. Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams effectively in high-pressure environments. Strong understanding of food safety protocols, inventory control, and food industry best practices. Background in hospitality management or restaurant management. Ability to manage shift schedules efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence. Pay:
$47,824.04 - $57,594.54 per year
