Job Description

Join Berks Career and Technology Center (BCTC) and become an important part of our Student Services Department, supporting students as they work toward success in school and their future careers.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to communicate effectively. A minimum of three (3) years of administrative support experience is preferred. Proficiency with PCs, office equipment, related software programs, and the internet is essential. The ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor is required.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records, data, and documentation in accordance with established procedures and requirements.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to Campus Counselors and Student Services, including correspondence, scheduling, communications, and record requests.
- Coordinate and assist with student services activities, events, testing, presentations, tours, orientations, and senior recognition programs.
- Prepare and maintain student reports, grading schedules, mailings, PIMS documentation, and other required records and reports.
- Assist with student certifications, including NCCER, and support continuous improvement initiatives and other Student Services activities as assigned.
