Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Oley, PA ProCare Therapy - 3.9 Oley, PA Job Details Full-time | Contract 18 hours ago Qualifications Toileting assistance Full Job Description An exciting opportunity is available for a compassionate and reliable healthcare professional to provide support to elementary-aged students in a rewarding school setting. This full-time contract position involves working with K-5th grade students, ensuring their health and well-being during the school day. You'll work closely with staff and families to create a safe environment, addressing the medical needs of a caseload of approximately 45 students.
Qualifications:
Active LPN, LVN, or CNA certification Previous experience working with school-aged children, especially in educational or pediatric settings preferred Comfortable with toileting and personal care responsibilities Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
Responsibilities:
Provide direct medical care and support for K-5th grade students during the school day Assist with toileting, personal hygiene, and other daily living needs as required Implement health care plans and support chronic condition management Monitor student health status and respond promptly to emergencies or medical issues Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers regarding student health concerns Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations Promote a safe and healthy environment for all students This position provides an excellent opportunity to make a daily difference in the lives of young learners and become a valued support within the school community.
