Electronic Support Services Assistant Description:

We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and customer service experience to join our team as an Electronic Support Services Assistant. This position is responsible for the timely processing of all back office related functions of the credit union. General duties include performing day to day functions related to ACH transactions, ATM/ Debit Cards, VISA, and Courtesy Pay Program. Assisting members with inquiries, research or complaints.

Electronic Support Services Assistant Requirements:
