The primary responsibilities of this role include data entry, assisting with projects, event planning, and providing administrative support to CIT Student Services. Please include a cover letter with your application. Responsibilities• Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks using various software applications. Assist is the planning and implementation of CIT student events for current students. Provide general front desk help for the CIT Academic Services Suite. Handle FERPA protected information with discretion and professionalism. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of CIT Student Services. Required Qualifications• Currently enrolled as a CIT student within the University of Michigan•Flint who is in good academic standing. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week within the CIT Student Services Center for the duration of the position. Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desired Qualifications• Proficient in Google Suite. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Summer availability preferred but not required. Modes of Work Onsite The work requires, or the supervisor approves a fully onsite presence. Onsite is defined as a designated U-M owned or leased work location within or outside of the State of Michigan Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department.
