The School Director will oversee all aspects of school operations, curriculum development, staff management, and compliance, ensuring a nurturing environment where students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our school while promoting innovative teaching practices and community engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in education administration, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership to develop and implement the school's vision, mission, and educational goals aligned with best practices and regulatory standards. Oversee curriculum development to ensure high-quality instructional programs that meet diverse student needs across all grade levels. Manage school budgets effectively, including resource allocation, financial planning, and fundraising initiatives to support school growth and sustainability. Lead personnel management efforts by supervising faculty and staff, facilitating professional development, conducting evaluations, and fostering a positive team culture. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to education law, special education regulations, and childhood development standards. Collaborate with stakeholders—including parents, community partners, and governing bodies—to promote school initiatives and enhance community engagement. Supervise daily school operations, including student discipline policies, safety protocols, and administrative procedures to maintain an optimal learning environment. Requirements Proven experience as a School Administrative Preschool Director or in a senior leadership role within a K-12 or early childhood education setting. Extensive knowledge of educational compliance laws, special education law, and childhood development principles. Demonstrated success in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and managing educational programs. Strong management skills with experience supervising faculty and staff in a school environment. Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting as an education administrator, fundraising strategies, and personnel management. Excellent communication skills for public speaking, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. Background in managing school accreditation processes and ensuring adherence to educational regulations. Ability to facilitate professional development sessions for educators and support continuous improvement initiatives.
