Immediately Job Description Bishop Hendricken High School, a Catholic college preparatory school dedicated to academic excellence, faith formation, and leadership development, seeks a highly organized, professional, and mission-driven Administrative Assistant to the President and Principal. This key position supports the daily operations of the President / Principal office by providing high-level administrative, organizational, and communication support. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional discretion, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced educational environment. Essential Responsibilities Executive Support Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for the President/Principal. Coordinate meetings, events, and special projects. Prepare correspondence, thank you letters, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials. Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion. Screen phone calls, emails, and visitors, directing inquiries appropriately. Office Administration Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases. Cover main office 1 hour per day Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical planning as needed. Process invoices, purchase requests, and other administrative documentation. Assist in maintaining compliance with school policies and administrative procedures. Communication & Constituent Relations Serve as a professional point of contact for students, parents, faculty, alumni, benefactors, diocesan representatives, and community partners. Draft and distribute communications on behalf of the President/Principal. Support internal and external communication initiatives. Welcome visitors and provide exceptional customer service. Event & Project Coordination Assist with planning and execution of school events, board meetings, receptions, and special programs. Coordinate meeting logistics, materials, and follow-up communications. Track deadlines and project milestones to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
