Under general supervision, will assist in managing constituent services for the Attorney General's Office. Responds to constituent telephone and written requests. Also, meets with scheduled and unscheduled visitors. Manages, organizes, and tracks constituent correspondence. Develops and maintains rapport with citizens through constituent outreach programs. Serves as backup for the Executive Assistant to the Attorney General when needed. Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned. Ability to communicate effectively.
