DESCRIPTION

Perform secretarial duties for the school Attendance Office. Responsibilities may include maintaining accurate daily student attendance records, providing detailed reports for principals and interacting with students, staff and parents. Must work as a team member and exercise good judgment, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively orally and in writing. Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills required. All other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent technology skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Candidate must be confidential in all matters, able to exercise good judgment, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively. Must work well with parents, students and staff and possess good interpersonal and organization skills. High school diploma required, secretarial experience preferred.
